The Visual Arts Team has the privilege of creating powerful atmospheres and communicating empowering/encouraging/hilarious messages.
There’s a broad range of involvement: creating the on-screen visual presentations via computers and switchers, operating video cameras during services, video editing, and film recording.
We are a diverse group of people, from kids to adults, from the “tech-savvy” to the “creative artist”, all passionate about helping our culture discover Christ through the most influential medium of our day – the big screen. Whether we’re making movies or displaying the final product, this is a hands-on team that loves to express their creative side! So whether you’re a techie, an artist, or a creative wanna-be, you might find your fit here.
The VA crew meets Sunday mornings at 8am. Anyone interested in learning more about the team is welcome to join them (not just at 8am, but any time on a Sunday morning). Poke your head into the VA room and ask if you can watch – we guarantee you’ll be welcomed in with open arms (and maybe even thrown onto something right away!).
