There are a wide range of talented people that work together in the Media Team. We are responsible for many aspects of production during Sunday morning services and special events throughout the week. Depending on the role, we meet on Sunday mornings, or throughout the week working on different tasks in preparation for upcoming services/events. We also meet once per month at the church during Team Training nights.
Visual Arts Team
We are a group of unique individuals united for a common cause. We strive for excellence in everything we do. We create a smooth-running visual experience that removes distractions and allows people to more easily connect with God through a welcoming, uplifting, edgy and culturally relevant atmosphere.
Anyone with a love of computers or visual elements, anyone creative or technically inclined, or anyone who prefers working "behind the scenes" in a small quiet setting would be a perfect fit.
We exist to help enhance the visual experience of the City Life experience, whether it's at a Sunday service or special events. Filming services, showcasing live feeds to every room in the building, and also using that footage for our weekly Video Podcast.
If you enjoy cameras, or like having something to do with your hands during service, this is a great place to get involved.
Basically ninjas with cameras! We lurk in the shadows, capturing important moments of church life, through both photo and video. This is a great team for anyone with a creative edge or an interest in photography/videography.
We use our creativity to enhance Sunday messages by finding and arranging Keynote slide presentations that compliment the points being made by a Sunday speaker. A quiet, one-person job, ideal for behind-the-scenes creative people (can be done from home, as long as you have access to a Mac).
We help enhance the visual experience at any City Life service/event by collecting/creating video backgrounds and slides that are visually pleasing and culturally relevant. A quiet, one-person job, ideal for behind-the-scenes creative people or anyone that loves surfing the web (can be done from home).
